Shipping policy

Metro Vancouver: order by 2 pm for next-day delivery. Free on orders over $150. Under $150, delivery is $20 and arrives within 2 business days.

Abbotsford: free next-day delivery on orders over $400. Smaller orders ship by Canada Post at the rate shown at checkout.

Everywhere else in Canada: we ship with Canada Post. The cost is calculated at checkout from your postal code and the size of your order, so you see it before you pay.

Local delivery only: a few cleaning chemicals and fuel canisters cannot travel by courier. They are marked on the product page and can only be delivered in our local delivery area.

Large orders: ordering 6 or more cases for outside BC? Get in touch for a freight quote. A pallet is often cheaper than parcels.

Custom print: free delivery in Metro Vancouver and Abbotsford, and free to the rest of southern BC (Vancouver Island, Sea-to-Sky, Fraser Valley, Okanagan and Kamloops) on orders over $1,000. For the rest of Canada, pick your delivery region on the product page; freight for that region is added to your cart as its own line and paid at checkout. The region must match your delivery address.
